I make my senior picture prints as well as scrapbook pages here

how cool is that! I make photo books as well as playing cards, coasters, you name it, I even made a puzzle from a senior portrait as a gift. So many creative things you can make!!

lay 4 up on a 5x7 print to make perfect wallet sizes

B&W is very "in" with the seniors this year here

my youngest son

We had a blast this year taking photos of all the seniors in the family!

We took a LOT down at the family pond, the boys all had a blast!

shake it up a bit, if there is something interesting, get them in a good shot or ON IT!

best friends for eons! (I put a fake spider on the one fella's mother during this shoot, this was the reaction when she realized it)

my nephews :), the above photo we turned into his graduation party announcement and had it printed as 5x7 prints, purchase envelopes at your local Best Buy, Staples, Office Max or even Walmart store

BE CREATIVE!! Make them something they will enjoy passing out, let them help in the design process :)

you can use edge overlays to create awesome effects on photos

We even add their photographs to masks, one guy loves paintball, so we used a nice "splat" for one of his photos

Shake things up a bit, make their portraits original to them :)

and if you have to, personalize it!

now don't do this unless you are on your own property or have the owners permission LOL or you may land in some hot water!!

Into scrapbooking? Make cool layouts that cater to their interests

You may remember these guys from a previous post,

I hope I have inspired your creativity today, go out and take some gorgeous photos and do some amazing things with them today!!

and remember, if you are interested in some free goodies

Two-fer Tuesday - Two digital scrapbook freebies

Yup! It's Tuesday, why not a two-fer Tuesday freebie special, both made by Susan just for you folks :) These were made from the Bittersweet Digital kit, in my Etsy shop now as well as at Artscow free for server use :) You can get the free kit HERE or purchase it HERE at my shop. (links are always on my right sidebar to get to these places too) The kit freebie at Artscow is for server use, not downloadable for those of you who wondered what "free for server use" meant :) It simply means it is free to use on their server (their site) to create things with on there. Unlike the freebies I give you direct links to on my blog here, these can be downloaded directly onto your computer to use and at Artscow they can't. Hope that makes sense, kindof like Shutterfly & Snapfish, where you create it online and then order) anyway, it's my way of showing off my kits, I give them free to use for a bit, I started creating digital kits because of Artscow, I never could find kits I liked on their site to buy to use to create my photo books, so I started designing my own kits to use, my way of giving back to everyone on that site because when you add into your kits while they are free, they still stay in your account as free even after I change them over to a paid kit, those with my kits in their arsenal while they are free never have to pay to use them EVER.

Alrighty then, for those freebies, you can snag them HERE and HERE ~ enjoy and don't forget to keep an eye out for more new kits in my shop, I loaded a TON more in there today, Christmas ones!!
EDITING: HA HA hey there folks, looks like I messed up the other day and gave you the floral bouquet instead of the floral cluster, no worries, the photos are wrong but the links still work - so sorry about that!!!

Have yourselves a great week!!

Artscow Goodness a place for your print needs

Artscow? What a name right? Well I don't know how you folks print your digital scrapbook pages, but for me - since I don't have a printer large enough for the 12x12 pages, I order out, and for me that place is Artscow, where I can create nearly anything imaginable from my computer, there you use Silverlight Designer to design your page (or t-shirts, greeting cards, camera cases, phone cases, wall art, pillows, blankets, canvas, posters, calendars, ornaments, playing cards, puzzles, watches, dog tags, umbrellas, clocks, keychains, buttons, coin purses, totes, cookbooks door mats, aprons), well you name it you can create it there! The list just goes on and on and on . . . OR you can create it on your computer and upload it directly.

I have over the years made sooo many gifts for my family and friends here, and I just love it, and so do the folks who get it. For my daughter Cheyenne's graduation last year, we totally created and had printed all of her senior photos, graduation announcements, playing cards with her senior photos on them & photo books! Everyone loved them. Here you can see one of the smaller photo books we made, just a simple book with her photos that my sister and I took of her, photo book: Chey senior photo book and here are the playing cards I will be doing the same stuff yet again this year for my son Dakota, the last in my nest to flutter free from school :) Ahhhhh alas! you have figured me out, my name for my creativity, all my designing, yes indeed, was created with my children in mind ;) So each time that I am creating a kit for you folks I think of my children.

So I wanted to share with you what a person may find free there (besides my scrapbook kits!) once you register with an email, you will find in your account free credits and discounts they have offered up to you, it's simple, fast and totally free to create an account, just visit Artscow and check it out :) and while you are there, don't forget to grab up my digital scrapbook kits that I have free on there, right now there are several listed including Autumn Apples, (just add to your kits!) so run over there and get creating things for Christmas gifts!! Artscow and my digital scrapbook kits

Have yourselves a creative kind of day!!
