 Well folks, it's that time of year again where I go into hiding, I won't be on here as much as the weather is getting nice and it's time to get into the greenhouse to get seeds started not only for my veggie garden but for the greenhouse we opened (or will soon) to the public, I will still be doing a kit or perhaps 2 each month when I have the time, so don't fret if you don't see much over the summer months, I will be back full force toward fall & winter

Let's talk about clipping masks and opacity of photos

Mask time again :) I love making masks, they can be so pretty on a page.

Today's examples are from Color Collection ~ Rose

Create your mask, clip your photo to them and then you pop some elements or a cluster over top of them and they get even better. Some would just stop there, or maybe add their word art or journaling.

Masks, to me are almost as fun making as reducing the opacity of your photos and having them show up in the background of your scrap page!!

Layer on some papers and elements and add your text, this one was thrown together as an example, but there are soo many ways to create your scrapbook pages to make them interesting.

Color Collection ~ Violet in store now

VIOLET what a pretty flower (pansies too) and such a vibrant color!!

My pansies are blooming even though they have been covered in snow a foot deep, it melts and they open and smile at me again, tough little plants!

I have lots of new goodies in the store, the retired specials are running out, once gone I won't replace them because I want to thin out the store a little bit, so stop on over and check out the new goodies as well as the things on their way out, grab any you want from the retiring section and start scrapping those photos :)
