As always, I am super busy in the garden and with canning this time of year, last night I made Zucchini & Italian Sausage in Tomato Sauce and canned it up, while the pressure canner was letting off steam I was back out in the garden, I have a ton more beans to be picking today and tying up tomato plants, the joys never cease!!
